Ruyi are haggling ....personally I think 5he6 are haggling* over more savings from Bagir eg their head office . I think the 3.5p is set in stone to appease the current investors , who we may call upon in the future to expand fast globally . Either way £5 million for all that is held is a safe platform . Buy out or a buy in either will do very nicely . Failing that we are currently priced as AIM junk eg oil explorer or miner with nothing ! . We have got producing factory’s with contracts in three country’s and a head office in another and sales offices in this U.K. and USA . Our current value what ever the out come is a total joke compared to the rest of the market at this M Cap .

The problem is if they try to build a 30% holding to make a Take Over offer ..... the market will spot it and the SP would climb higher than 3.5p meaning the offer would be above 3.5p .
