Miton are the Shorter . No RNS for their dropping below 3% the other day ....https://beta.lse.co.uk/rns/YU./yu-group-plc-holdings-in-company-bixkdtw65qbjq32.html . So the institutions have had ten over years of small and medium shares dropping and being diluted and consolidated . They make their money shorting and selling into any rise . Small shorts don’t need to be declared . DEB one of their main holders was shorting ,it only became public knowledge when all holdings had to be made public . So the shorting shares are drying up .

Only small but another £236 . Hope to have over a grand to top up again in a few days the pension day . Just going to keep topping up . De rampers are doing the same

I don’t mind either way . I believe this will go back to and beyond £12 . So have held and am making modest top ups as and when I have spare cash , so some at £1.40 p would be nice . On the other hand I do like seeing my investment rise . Traders have done well but I decided to sit tight on the chance a dividend is announced with a date held from attached .

Example ...ZIOC bought shares back and put them in to a trust to pay options and staff incentives . YU have got a glut of growing cash , so this would be the perfect fit . Bobby holds over half the shares so surely he will want to avoid any cheap dilution . In fact we should be able to avoid any dilution from here . Never ever dilute . Bobbys choice and it will say a lot for the future .

I think they will appear as employee options , like warrants but will just keep adding to the cash balance , currently £16.5 million and growing and about to grow faster . The MMs can keep playing their games . I have got wages from a few different jobs and pension coming in at start of month . So will just keep topping up . So yes minimum dilution extra shares but the cash will keep coming in .

Got a few diffrent pay checks coming in so I will be looking to keep topping up here . Do you think they had a short position as well as their holding . We’re younaware that went on , the big holders also shorting at the same time ?

1) Ok they may have been hard up and sold to create cash flow. .
2) when DEB were up for sale all positions had to be reported . One of the main holders , had to report their short position ...so the big investors are the main Shorters and have the numbers to sell into a rise and stun the rise and even reverse it I had wondered how the big funds made money as nearly every 5 year graph is down . We’re Miton shorting and sold to stop the rise .

If it is Milton selling then I would guess Bobby upset them all after the placing and error . All that said debt free , big cash and huge rise . So not worried .

The £11.6 million was put to one side in case the FCA found them guilty and they needed to offer placing buyers their money back . But they didn't find them guilty and now the money is freed up . Last year they had to put a £3.5 million deposit down for energy this year now they have proved them selves it has been reduced to £2 million I believe

Can you keep that up for a few months please Bill so I can get more shares for mu money . Cool .

It has blamed a series of problems for its profit warnings, So it’s not saying they are wrong .

Safe bet !!!! . Surely a debt free share with big cash in the bank is a safe bet . Not a debt ridden company depending on selling part of its self to survive and try again .

Just to clarify I would like to see say a £2 million share buy back but otherwise just keep t in the bank just earning interest growing along side the growing business . Nice and steady no risk taking don’t buy any competitors out just keep going as we are . I would rather we kept it in the bank than get another dividend . Only spend a fraction on a share buy back .

Can’t believe people don’t like having £16.5 million just sat there for a rainy day and gaining interest each year . Just keep it in 5he bank it is doing no harm . It says no placings here . It says no loan notes here . It says we are safe .

No just show our markets for what they are . No one listens to people who say things in hind sight you have to be their during . I was with DEB and FLYB recently pointing out MTMY before hand as well and obviously here . Have been about on others but they were in the past . History is your friend and a bit I told you so helps . Shorting and naked shorting needs banning . Our markets need to change ! .
