Legal action is in nobody’s interest. Surly a deal can be done, supply us with a drill that is fit for purpose at an agreed rate that both are happy with and let’s get on with the job. If DS can’t negotiate a settlement and reverts to courts no one will benefit.

Had arbitration been in the contract I doubt we would be in the situation we are now in, let’s hope a mutual agreement can be sorted out sooner rather than later. So much going for us but boy we do seem to find problems along the way..

It was the site that was inspected by AAOG not the rig.

Following the need to abandon TLP-103, a review of events was carried out by an external engineering consultancy which sent staff to Tilapia on behalf of the Company to assess the issues which were encountered along with the Company's in-house engineering team. Following this review, recommendations have been made and implemented to mitigate further issues in this shallow section in well TLP-103C should they be encountered. Both internal and external reviews confirmed that the geological issues which were encountered could not have been identified in advance.



The Company expects to commence drilling operations on the TLP-103C well in the week commencing 8 October 2018.

That means we are all going to be rich and it is going to stop raining. What a wonderful day we are having.

Over the last week I have been in comms with our TipTop, he is still very much alive and with us. I would never divulge any thing from private discussions on these boards but I believe he will return to posting in the next few days.

As I get older my memories of past years do make me smile. The board last night reminded me of my early school days and in particular my English teacher telling us that “empty vessels make the most noise “.

During play time there was always a gang that would stop the others using the play equipment, not that they wanted it but for some reason they just didn’t want anyone else to use it.

This board has half a dozen of very well researched posters who can dig deep ,keep us up to date and are happy to discuss in a rational way. As shares go more and more into LTH’s hands it gives me some solis.

I never filter anyone on here as the flow on the board seems to get lost, so I shall just plod along and wait until we are on the up and up. I still believe in the fundamentals of the company and am happy to sit on my holdings.

SMP 106 really is the rig we need, it is 2000hp and available in Africa and ready to be used. Surly a deal can be done to both parties satisfaction. SMP are not a cowboy outfit, I just think they supplied us with one of their older rigs before as they felt we would not find any oil so if any thing went wrong it wouldn’t matter.

Why on earth was a deal not don on using amp 106 for the next drill, surly an agreement could have been done and both party’s happy. Any kind of legal action frightens the life out of me, because it is always drawn out and expensive.

JB, get together with SMP and get this sorted and start drilling.

We do seem to have raised a lot of money and spent it and got nothing. We are having to drill again to get oil that we should already be selling. DS needs to wake up and smell the roses.

TF. Trolls have not the slightest intrest in the company , they just like winding people up. They go on most boards and like the ones where they get the most attention. A rather strange hobby for rather strange people, as soon as a company is a success they move on to pastures new.

Nearly all of us on here want answers to questions that we have, but only poster on here could be bothered to go to the AGM to ask them. With such a poor turn out do you really expect DS to bust his balls to feed us.
