GL, I would say that Jay jumped at the chance if/when the Zubs approach him. The will take this Co to where it should be. I am certain that when this intrest was announced others may have shown intrest which would help to give some form of valuation. We are not going to get shafted,fair value will be offered, any one who thinks otherwise needs to do more research on the Zub corporation. Also if this deal had been finalized months ago I feel it would have been rushed into and value not offered.
