How on earth is our MC still at 19 million...the mind boggles. I wonder what it will be this time next month?

The only experience I have of this was back in 1960 I had an Austin A35 car, every morning there would be a black puddle underneath it. A local mechanic looked at it and said it was an oil show and that definitely was not good news. Anyone care to enlighten me.
