Apparently there was General Meeting of Blackstone yesterday with two Resolutions . One to issue shares for the IDM acquisition and the second to issue Options on the basis of that described when the deal was first announced. Anyway, both Resolutions passed easily and probably stimulated the rise in the SP in the last trading day. Looks like BZT is sort of recognising this and if Blackstone forges forward at least the shares we own will be worth double the existing market cap of BZT. The question is what does CB do with them ?

Transaction(Scheme) Meeting June 10th and Closure/Implementation on June 27th.

Current value to BZT of the holding in Blackstone is £6.215M on the bid price
