Good question but I am not sure you are right. TIR invested in TAO Singapore but is that the same as the listed TAO ? If so, your calculations are right but I would have thought this BB would have folk singing from the rooftops. I have a feeling we are confusing entities with TAO in their name but I am sure someone can clarify. The listed TAO web site does not show TIR as a shareholder.

Are you sure our investment in TAO Strategies Singapore is the same company/ asset base as TAO.L ? Did we really invest at 0.63p for an asset now valued 20x higher - ie. £5M based on our original investment ?

All very well and good but we have no idea of Standard's shareholdings in the three outfits you mention -exciting as they may be. Also, do remember that Standard was on the verge of insolvency 2 weeks back until Tiger rescued it. Why ? I don't now but that is why they were able to conduct the (emergency) Tiger placing without shareholder approval. Read the TSX announcement if you don't believe me. They have kept it as quiet as they can.
