That is a Yes and No. AFP and BZT have in mind a common processing facility somewhere ( I don't know where) to generate high grade concentrates that will be transported to Walvis Bay for smelting overseas to produce copper metal. At least, that is what I understand. Seems logical. They cannot smelt in-country. The facilities do not exist in Namibia unlike Zambia
