GR has put a deal on the table and It looks good for shareholders.
GR is the biggest holder and he wants his money back.
He will move aside and swallow his pride to see this done.

I am hoping that all who are involved in the webinar listen to GR's answers and give him time
to respond fully to all questions. This would benefit us all.
The deal as far as I can see is good and will ensure good progress of assets next year.
I am sure tomorrow we will know more of the details.
I little knowledge is dangerous so lest avoid misconceptions and get clarity on how
Prem/Newco will move forward from here.

Circum has is 10 times larger then Colluil hence a much bigger valuation.
Colluli has 1.2billion tons
Circum has and estimated 12 to 14 billion tons and that would make it the largest potash deposit in the world!

Sorry sounds like a ramp but it is not.

I wouldn't worry rayboy; I am all in here too. GR has an average above .5 and I am sure he will want a big profit on that.
I thought about what GR would want for shares and 2.5p would give him £10 m.
And that sounds about right long term but will go a lit higher once CIRCUM and ZULU and RHA are all producing
So I set my sell at 1.5p not to be greedy:-)

I agree that this could be a very good deal for us. Things will move fast next year!
Lets hope RHA lands soon.
All should become clear tomorrow.
There in no reason why the drilling couldn't start before the completion
of the deal as this is to the benefit of all parties.
We just need clarification of the funding options.
CIRCUM IPO news is just around the corner IMHO.
The media have started talking about CIRCUM so this is a good indication that things are moving forward.

CF: MK of PREM at the moment is 7,240m x 15.5 is just under 11.2m.

I to believe that the market got it wrong.
We now have a deal on the table that enables us to progress our resources quickly.
How much is ZULU worth with DFS?
How much will RHA be worth with $10 million profit per year?
How much will our CIRCUM shares be worth in 12 months?
IMHO In 12 months the Newco will be worth More then £100million.
People are upset because we were expecting a big re-rate and some like me are balls deep in PREM.
However once the mist clears and you take a step back, you see we have a plan and
a way to achieve the above in 2019.
I personally think it would be madness to sell at this time.
I made a plan to buy If things went south and got more this morning.
I will get more next month if the price stays low but that is a big if.
Looking forward to more clarity on the RNS.

Interesting summery of the situation.
Very under valued at the moment based on what is about to unfold in the coming weeks/months.
I wonder if the Zim government will part with any cash? As they will retain 10% of RHA
This would make them look good!
There was something in a paper last week that suggested some possible remuneration as well as 90%.
I am sure PREM will get a lot of coverage in Zim once RHA is concluded.
CIRCUM IPO is when it will all change £20 million for starters.
By next year there should be enough value to pay a large part of the
infer structure and processing plant for lithium at ZULU.
I am sure this has been GR's plan all along. It is a shame that the IPO has taken such a long time.
JV will want to come in after DFS and we will have cash in bank form RHA and CIRCUM to make a good deal.
This will be a very different story in 2019
