You will have to go to your main broker, ring them up and ask them if you can buy on main market, there are only 10 mil shares in public hands, this will rocket soon i think

The board of pubs and bars plc AIM PNB the community house owner and operator has bought 1,800,375 ordinary shares of 20p each representing approximatly 4.52 pence of the company issued share capital, released on 28th July 09

10,326,642 representing 26% of shares in issue, the company have 39,820.358 ordinary shares in issue, good luck if you can buy

Net asset value calculated as 9,541,870 divided by 39,828.355 shares in issue = 24p based on the consolidated balance sheet as @ 31 december 2008

Despite the dramatic write downs in property values @ the year end pubs and bars still have a net asset value of nearly 24p per share. The group are currently selling pubs to reduce borrowings

now operate 110 pubs and they seem to look to be in very good locations

Up 6.89% looks like this could be starting to move a little, i cannot see this share really having much of a rights issue if any as its a 20p share. I think there must be alot of value here. My sister works for a big building company and she says things seem to be picking up so this can only be good news for Heywood Williams

I think this share has great potential, well for someone to spend £2 mil they must fancy their luck

I have just been looking and they are nearly all buys today, i cannot see my buy, its not down as a buy or a sell

They have just put up the bid price so they really want the shares now, im not selling mine
