Not the RNS i was expecting. The last thing i expected was news from EH.
This will trade sideways 1.05 - 1.25 until we get proper news to lift us to a new level.
If you can buy 1.07, its a good entry. Sell never goes above 1.11 even when the ask is 1.25.

If the experts agree 10.8m is good or come up with a higher amount , the insurance companies will be forced to settle out of court as they will find out what they can end up paying.

With £1m in the bank, CLP went up big and with £11m + , it will re-rate.

In Italy, a judge does not bring in an expert to value the claim IF there he/she did not think there is a strong claim here which is why Francisco CLP are very confident.

The RN may come after 4.30pm or anytime now. I'm sure they would have prepared it.

You can't sell if no buyers so those 25,000,000 shares have gone somewhere, hopefully a stick hand.

RKB, I don't mind someone saying i will top slice a little at some point for bla bla reasons but you keep going on about it. Including providing detailed execution info. That for me is negative. You don't need to justify anything to anyone. Investing is not a team sport.

That 25,000 sell. It was bought at 2.80 not long ago. Sold for 3.25. £112,000 profit.

I invested for the bitcoin project. The court case will be a nice bonus for the company but long term, the sellers will regret their decision. Esp as we're coming out of lock down soon and other businesses the company has invested in will start to perform.

Why do people announce they sold or are selling on a BB?
I really can't understand that.
If you sell, you do it and move on.
If you have put tons of orders to sell like RBK , why announce it?

MMs read this boards and they follow sentiment etc. You should never reveal your position or exit strategy.
If its a really bad stock and you want to put out a warning to others, fine. No one needs to know you're top slicing, selling half, all etc.

In Italy a judge would only appoint an independent experts to asses the damages IF he thinks there is a claim and he wants the experts to quantify the claim. This is very positive for CLP.

In Italy, directors and internal auditors have to have insurance. If the insurance company knew about the breach , they would have to pay and it appears they knew. Question is, do they want to go all the way and pay the full amount (which should be clear on the 10th,~ £10.8m ) or settle out of court? It's not looking good for them so i think they will settle out of court before the lawyer fees add up me think.
