And they reported in their half-year results yesterday that -

Priority Intelligence Group plc - Primorus disposed of its shareholding in June this year for gross proceeds of £977,000.

PRIM have an RNS out today too.

Are they selling something as part of the recourse?

After nearly an hour, just a few hundred quid of trading.

Sheehan obviously complicit in the PRIM affair. And if yesterday's trade anything connected then can only be insider trading.

Seems unfair if PRIM buy back in at a third of the price when they dumped their shares.

OK, what's going on now?

I suspect PRIAF will be, sooner or later, delisted from OTC. Probably sooner, with zero trade ever tasking place.

A complete embarrassment for the company. I am not sure what it demonstrates.

I dropped a note to IR last week to ask if they have basically given up on OTC, but not had a reply yet.

And no further update on PRIM is seriously bad optics.

I think if we get another buy then yes the day could end blue!
