I worked in Astana in 2010 for a year.........I found the Kazakh people very warming and loyal so I have no doubt doing business here will be much more straight forward than Africa.......heres to hoping!

Canary the same suspects who deramp this stock daily are the same ones who say AC should pull out of Africa and focus on a reliable asset.........now it has been done now they are claiming its a bad thing to pull out of Africa..........they will twist any agenda to suit their needs which is now becoming tiresome...........imo

We can still get a big asset in Africa...........but its good to have a revenue base in the U.S to get money coming in and bigger institutions invested......imho

Interesting RNS from what I gather CYAP was just an available listed company which had failed in its original purpose and was acquired on the cheap by zenith to be used to raise money in the U.S..............smart plan by AC imho as CYAP will clearly be used to own all of Zenith's U.S operations raising money to acquire U.S oil and gas assets and all owned by CYAP or whatever they change the name to......the best part is they can issue shares without diluting any shareholders in the existing Zenith Energy parent company..........good strategy by AC going forward IMO

Rpg completely agree it is disappointing to come back to the same deramping trolls on these forums...........admin needs to start taking notice of the same faces here and take action........it seems its blasphemy for investors to even be positive on this stock without being attacked personally.........very tiresome now admin needs to take action

Bibiguana my sentiments..............the failed drill in Azer (5 years ago!) and the issues in Congo and Tunisia were due to unforeseen circumstances and out of Zeniths hands..........whats is done is done and now it is up to AC to retrieve the money owed and acquire a major asset to replace Tilapia.........once that happens the current price will all be forgotten and will no doubt get past your 2.4p break even............Norway like the annual report contrary to MLS belief and from what I see it is actually a good report............gla and DYOR

If I was to pick from the 3 you mentioned..........the best asset would be Yemen followed by south Sudan and finally Benin.........Im not too keen on Benin..........also I also believe that Tilapia would have been a weaker asset than all those mentioned........as long as the U.S assets builds up over time AC can take his time to secure the best deal for us..........the future is looking good imho..........and DYOR

Next big buy should top the price back over 0.5p...............will be quiet till the next good announcement and if if 0.5 breaks easy ride to 0.75p........dyor

The $6.5 seizure is a fact and considering the current share price is valued at $11.8m it should add 50% to the market cap once the money reaches our account on success..........which is very likely as Zenith have done everything by the books and backed by legal teams who are confident...........expect the share price to reach 0.8p on success on just the $6.5m alone..........now if we retrieve the $40m+ owed by Congo and Tunisia the price will multibag..........lets see what the next several months bring.............DYOR

Same will happen with Congo........AC will retrieve the money through the courts and the Tunisias and Congolese ministries will have no option but to pay up.......sometimes you have to put your foot down which AC is clearly doing here..........dyor
