Ezhik Well done on the TXP trade in this day and age making those types of gains are very rare compared to let's say a decade ago............I do believe if it were not for the corrupt African officials we would all be sitting on a healthy profit right now but that's the nature of the game and I do not blame the BOD...........this stock is definitely a test of ones character but I do believe eventually we will get that big rise and then those loyal will have the option to take profit or hold longer for the remainder of the story...........unless the BOD themselves or big institutions sell I do believe there is only upside now from these prices...........gla either way you chose

Ezhik I do see where you are coming from and I am assuming you had been burnt on the back of Azerbaijan but AC is making the right moves now imo..........as you say they should be starting small which they are in the US and Italy whilst trying to acquire the Kazakhstan asset....and I agree with you it is the best safest asset out of the lot......I don't know your investment history here nor do I know your entry price but I whole heartedly believe if you are down from the Azerbaijan days you can recoup loses with an average down from here..........none of us know how the court results will go either but I would be very surprised if we didn't win at least get $15-25 million and with a current market cap of £6.5m I do believe we are extremely undervalued............I do agree AC needs to get things going sooner rather than later but I have confidence he will.........all imho of course

I have a feeling the ministry of oil are going to sign with zenith before the year end.........they seem serious to get the oil pumping as soon as possible.............dyor

I would be very happy if we signed the Kazakhstan asset off and then just focus on USA and Kazakhstan to build up the market cap...........then South Sudan can be the bonus play and all drilled with the money we win from the court would be the ideal scenario.........need news to get things going though as the price will not move unless we get solid news..........dyor

Florida I think they realised they gave it away cheap and tried to back track only for them to land in more financial trouble now it has reached the courts..............if we win $48m I would have taken that over operations in Tunisia even if we had kept the asset........imo

The price has fallen on no sells it will bounce back up as quick as it has fallen...........still good news is needed to gain momentum back up which I am certain AC will deliver soon enough............imo

Tunisia has just appointed its arbitrator in the case Zenith Energy filed with ICSID on 5 June, claiming $48m

Implementation of Share Consolidation

Zenith Energy Ltd. (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA), the international energy production and development company, announces the following information in respect of the share consolidation that was approved by shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting held on April 14, 2023 (the "Consolidation").

Under the Consolidation, one new common share of no par value ("New Common Shares") will be issued for every ten existing common shares of no par value ("Old Common Shares").

Applications will be made for the New Common Shares to be admitted to the standard segment of the FCA Official List and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange.
