3.99% expensive, but if not many 90% mortgages at the moment - great for metro
Why do you have to take up so much space on this forum? Is it because:
a. Your boyfriend won't let you do anal anymore, so your decided to start fisting yourself
b. You are in bed recovering from Odey last session on your but?
Which ever reason, can you please just stop being such an annoying window licking Preek?
There's a good boy

I believe they have thrown the kitchen sink at it.
Dan said that they have not had many loan defaults. Also note LTV is under 60%. Moody has painted an extremely negative picture and MTR are looking at worse case scenario.
This will rise extremely quickly and forcefully back to £2.50 if the following occur
1. No second Covid Wave - (I don't think the govt will put in place a national lockdown. They will lockdown cities as they have with Leicester)
2. A Vaccine is developed (I believe there are 1 or 2 in human trials and WHO state 7 more will be there in a a month or so)
3. FCA are bound to provide their verdict (I can't see any huge fine or even a fine at all, they know that may cause a run and Govt WON'T Allow it, political suicide).
The only issues that concerns me in the possibility of MREL in 1st half of 2021 and no Vaccine by the end of 2020. IMHO and DYOR.
Hi everyone,
So it's fallen 7% (big deal). This is a longterm hold for me. If I had more cash I would invest.
I missed the presentation. Would anyone know where I can watch it? does anyone have a link?
STAY STRONG.
