Are you one of the shorter's? your talking about PUT options, do you know what that is used for, its to short the stock.
No we are not in the US, in the UK they use CFD for leverage.

However wee are not taking about taking excessive risk, just the normal buying etc

I think your missing the point.

We were down 3%, while writing we starting to improve to down by 1.5%.

The whole point is so we don't end up all the way down to 20 but instead to a log higher, there are a lot of retail traders and it can all add up, even a little bit each.

POG is already improving without anything, just from the suggestion.

Can you imagine if we all just started buying now..

We are losing heavily every single day..
How much more can we lose, but more to gain, at the very least we get start getting our money back..

POG is not a company that is going bust, its a gold mining company with good asset and future, its not the same as companies that are going bust..

But yes enough people need to start buying.

Also its not just one company that may have shorts, there will be plenty that stay under the radio as they do not have enough to disclose to the markets.

I am sure we have plenty of people just on this board.

They have deep pockets that's why, however it needs to rise enough and they will be forced to close the shorts otherwise they will get margin calls left right and center.

UDF, we have more of an issue than the IR.

There is not much they can do.

Our biggest issue is this constant drop is the share price, which we should try and do something about, it’s killing a lot of us.

I’m actually getting very sick of these shorters, everyday all I see is negative pog.

They just do not let POG go up even when it’s trying very hard to rise.

We can actually all do something about if we really wanted, but it will mean we all need to start buying a bit, if the price rises enough then the shorters will have no option but to close their short positions.

We can all get our money back and some will even make decent profit, they can have their algos and we can remain human...

We must agree that considering almost all of 2020 was Covid19 we have done really well.

Its still 6% year-on-year increase in gold production, realizing higher price of 1864.

I think POG has delayed reaction to good new, we should be up today but a lot, if not tomorrow...

Someone's been loading up all day, they are just setting back a letting people sell to them instead of going out and buying hence we are just not moving up as we should.

If they just stopped selling then the price would have moved up a lot by now.

It did hit 40K usd not GBP.

40K is the make or break I think.

However I don't really care to be honest as am not invested, but try an keep an eye on it as it does have an effect on us.

What I do care about this POG dropping every day, which is extremely frustrating and doesn't make sense.

It did reach 40K if i recall correctly.

It will drop rapidly if it hits 29K, currently at what 32-33K?

I'm extremely happy for you, so you must be a multi-billionaire by now, maybe you should consider cashing out while its still in the 30K mark, it will drop this year, my opinion only but what do I know... Yes I would be super comfortable if I were in your shoes too.....

I do admit it will stay but not sure about the current level and I do not think currency will vanish in our lifetime but in the future yes it will become digital but not necessarily your Crypto in my opinion.

Results tomorrow but we are still getting slaughtered here, POG is a bit of a joke to be honest.

My onion is that its far too risky, you should only put in what you can afford to lose, pure gamble.

Hedge funds are jumping in and they will start shorting very soon and once that happens it will drop like a stone again, again my view only.

I know but its extremely frustrating.

My timing in returning was completely wrong that's the issue, if i continued to hold from the rights issue it would have been a complete different world.

1 step forward then 2 steps back with this DOG...

All of yesterdays recovery vanished within few minutes...

Lets see how this afternoon plays out.

We move up a little then get knocked down a bit etc.

Hopefully we will recovery some grounds....

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13(2), Petropavlovsk PLC announces that its Chief Executive Officer, Denis Alexandrov, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of IRC Limited with effect from 19 January 2021. IRC Limited is listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong with stock code 1029.

I assume that''s good news, as it helps him be more involved about whats actually going on internally in IRC.

Yes the SP is being controlled/manipulated using all sorts of dirty tricks, we are just stuck in the middle while some still make money.
