I think so, it seems to indicate a favourable result for FRR but the legal language is certainly difficult to discern.
Sorry, not had time to translate:

Big double, if that reply really was straight from Zaza, maybe it’s worth getting the official translator to get it translated.
Interesting article about what is ‘supposed’ to happen when taking a Cayman registered company private.....and the rights of shareholders.

Yea possibly, but he makes very public statements about his views, for public consumption, so I wouldn’t have thought it was a problem.
Maybe my group membership was an issue for him......suspect!
So any idea why you are blocked? I made no contact, just ‘followed’ him. Blocked about an hour later....nice eh!
Coggy, you a member of the FRR FBook group?
Anyone been blocked by ZZ on FBook?
Should we not be the discussing this part of the email, as opposed to what you can see in your trading account?? Especially the cancellation of shares part...
Frontera Resources Corp has ceased as a registered company and as a result, there has been a cancellation of shares

Not sure if this has been posted before, not a lot new, needs translating. Alludes to what we already know but with a slightly different turn of phrase and therefore potential for different interpretation. The most interesting excerpt in my opinion:
‘After a big confrontation with the Georgian government, changes started in "Frontera". Restructuring is currently underway there and their stakeholders are changing. FRONTERA RESOURCES GEORGIA can no longer be a legal entity of the Cayman Islands.’
So the company is being struck off on October 30th and the elections are on October 31st, anyone else think that is remarkably coincidental?
Maybe we should look into new company registrations from the 1st November.
Someone has to own the license once we enter November, the PSA is until 2027 and the GG haven’t, as far as we know, terminated it. Outrider wanted a ‘new’ license issued to them as they couldn’t get access to the existing one, or..... “requests that any entity awarded with the license assume responsibility for Outrider's unpaid note”.
This looks to me that the license is about to be moved again, to a new entity. Out with the old, in with the new. The question is who is the new entity, is it a new version of Frontera? And will our shares be transferred into it?
Response I received regarding the website:
We no longer host the website or have any dealings with Frontera, I hope this helps.
For me at least, the Houston Chronicle article in late July was the most significant information for a long time. I’m surprised this hasn’t received more attention? It is an honest, USA based article from SN’s hometown clearly produced with SN’s contribution. I think you need look no further that this for where we are. SN is literally quoted as saying he just needs a little more time....remember this is after the GG said they will not terminate the contract.

If you look at the Texas ethics site you can see FRR are continuing to lobby for Q4 this year....I’ll dig out the link shortly.
