Quick...everyone sell... we have a day that the SP has dropped.

Fellow investors. Nothing has changed..in fact we are now another day closer to a JV being announced. It will come. Take the opportunity to look at a good buy in target and top up. GLA

wow...I cant believe this is still going. Where has the shareholder value been here?

BPC are pleased to announce that they have successfully reached a JV agreement with XXXX to drill X wells across their licenses in the Bahamas. $75 million will be paid upfront to BPC by XXXX as part of the JV with additional payments upon successful completion of the first well.

Potter state: This is excellent news for the loyal shareholders who will be rewarded for their patience and brings BPC into a new stage.

The share price of BPC today hit 28p with news of this JV.

And although they cant confirm....we al know they are as the AG of the Bahamas let the cat out of the bag.

with a strong rise next week and news the week after.

Exactly...they should word it as a combined RNS and include that they are in negotiations with several interested parties for the JV drill.

If they do this will drop by at least 25-50% depending on how they word the RNS.

I said earlier that something is going on here today. Not normal activity. Someone shed some light. If any news due Monday and leaked this would fly but no trades, low volume and selling below the bid. I think they are going to issue equity.

Jaffy..I'm a longterm holder here. Not going anywhere and also hold a huge amount of shares. Don't pop up telling me to sell. I am Bullish on BPC and letting my fellow holders know what's going on with the SP.

Is anyone concerned that a issue of equity could be announced prior to other news? I'm in heavy here but I feel something is up and looming SP is moving very strange and seen this many times.
