Blencowe Resources: Aspiring to become one of the largest graphite producers in the world. Watch the video here.
£1.8m ain't much so they'll raise it I reckon
Just they made it open to shareholders via an SPP at 9c but they can buy on market for 8.2c aud currently
Could of been easier for them maybe to just get the money from sophisticated investors and excluded shareholders
As attached they have had to extend the SPP offer and currently trading below the offer price.

Yep or the gloves are off lol
Check out the ceo of blue star helium - bnl - Trent spry believe this is him mind blown
Don't see Lorna competing in a cage match anytime soon

Q3 still about 10 weeks away..
In the meantime hopefully no more major flooding like this report
https://abcnews.go.com/amp/International/wireStory/58-killed-2-weeks-floods-tanzania-109231584
Not just Minchin who left but the co-founder(s) of HE1 who are now also at another helium company Pulsar Helium..
$0.082 - $0.290 AUD 12 month range
Noble has hit $0.085 today so almost at all time lows
So at an inflexion point all time lows incoming? Or can they turn it around if they can declare a discovery on the next few months?
Mate they have gone quiet on the hydrogen as 2.2% is not significant I reckon.
Especially when you compare to GHY (Gold Hydrogen) that hit over 80% hydrogen for instance
PS I think those 100m shares are shares of management being released from escrow I vaguely recall seeing recently
Https://www.asx.com.au/markets/company/NHE
See the share purchase price announcement still seeing the headline AUD3.5m raise but admittedly haven't read it through
Noble raising AUD3.5m at 9c aud so only about 10% above their all time lows..
But open question as to whether they'll raise again to be funded to drill deeper targets?
Or will they gamble on drilling the shallow gas cap being a success and not raise again till after that has been drilled? That would be make or break so prudent thing might be to raise so funded for a deep drilling campaign plus maybe they'll be watching the HE1 ewt for insights on the region
HE1 still only have prospective resources.
They mentioned potential If successful in the rns to get some contingent resources.
However as per the link contingent resources are still sub-commercial and the end goal is proving up some proven commercial reserves.. Any talk of commercialisation bear in mind it's reserves that are needed to be commercial per industry definitions in the link?
Hence maybe at least another 2-3 rounds of drilling needed until reserves can be proven if successful?
https://www.spe.org/en/industry/petroleum-resources-classification-system-definitions/
The reservoir engineers at a company such as Sproule would want as much data as possible.
Hence at a guess data from the ewt will likely be needed before any maiden contingent resource I reckon.
Only a 2bcf prospective resource the negative?
The positive being on US soil for Helix
Helix only 2.3bcf prospective resource so tiny versus the HE1 prospective resource of 138bcf at ipo..
However most of what HE1 has hit is water thus far apart from Itumbula where helium flowed to surface due to heat or something like that forcing the helium out of the fluids (water?)
So where does HE1 sit today - time will tell if from the ewt and maybe more work if successful how much of the prospective resource can be upgraded to a contingent resource and eventually reserves
Minchin's at a new helium company Helix and the HE1 co-founder moved onto Pulsar Helium..
Will any of Helix HE1 or Puksar make it to production? Who knows but HE1 and Pulsar have risen if timed right with a punt at the right time..
https://youtu.be/3bITF1PKQjo?si=mSzpuqFueVcS2z9f
Long term investors have been destroyed here if they didn't exit on the drop from 28p to about 0.16p considering the dilution along the way the marketcap will need to be much higher to get back to 28p..
Money has been made on HE1 if timed right.
2.8p ipo approx to 28p
Then from about 0.16p recently it went as high as about 3.7p
Going forward tangible rns on the ewt being a success for example are needed or a decent sized maiden contingent resource being declared for instance.. prospective resource adjustment won't mean much in my opinion if that's what they come out with
Over £50m spent on exploration already between HE1 and Noble Helium..
HE1 not in much of a bargaining position for a JV given the cost of exploration to date.
So probably in the interests of HE1 shareholders to see the EWT be successful in which case HE1 should be in a stronger position to negotiate funding for the phase after the EWT be it jv for raise etc..
"The well successfully flowed a high concentration of helium to surface from Basement, at a measured concentration up to 4.7% helium"
That's from a HE1 RNS. "up to" I guess basically means maximum. These companies like GHY and HE1 should provide the average or all the readings not just the maximum for better transparency?
"Hydrogen at up to 86% purity and helium up to 17.5% air-corrected purity"
Not bad results thus far and on Australian soil versus Tanzania for HE1..
For comparison HE1 potential was 4.7% helium and 2.2% hydrogen..
So GHY could have towards 100% of it raw gas having value versus 4.7% + 2.2% = 6.9% of the HE1 raw gas potentially having commercial value..
Anyway not a major move on GHY think some are keen to see a flow-rate from them to see if it can be extracted - permeability mentioned in the GHY Ann today..
