Platinum prices have correlated almost perfectly over 1 week/1 month/ ytd/ 6 month etc. why do we think SLP will fly and is lagging behind platinum prices?

Has anyone asked the board what their thoughts are? I understand they wish to maintain a reasonable debt level to facilitate growth, but understand the issues they have faced in the past and wont make them again regarding debt.
