This is an interesting article about how much the protests have cost the industries within Bangladesh as well as the foregine exchange reserves. It also mentions how the garment/textile industry is suffering right now. Something needs to change.
''Limited connectivity was restored on Tuesday night, with priority given to companies such as banks, technology firms and media outlets.'' hmmm when did we say this buying began again sorry .. Tuesday??
To be honest tho .. they are not really big sells. It is AIM after all .. so people will buy in and out and look at other investment opportunities. However, the sells can add up which the buyer is obviously making the most of.
To be honest tho .. I can’t really think of textiles or handicrafts being much use to China. I know Bangladesh can produce great textiles and are also a great producer within the fashion world … but China has already established itself as a major fashion producer with an endless amount of factories.
And if they are thinking of ways to exchange goods for the loans they are giving them. I don’t think that alone can stretch that far.
They need a tangible asset that has considerable value .. coal can be one of them.
I mean if I were China I'd want some reassurances and collateral. Especially ... giving out a $20 billion loan. Like I don't realistically see Bangladesh paying that back in hard cash (They still have the IMF loan to pay as well) ... what else do they have to offer? .... natural resources and Chinese-approved projects.

Sorry .. It doesn't seem to like it anytime I send it. So here's the link to the website. And if you scroll down you should see 'Business' and the article is there. It has a picture of Nasrul Hamid.
RE: Hasina to propose 7 projects on electricity .. during china visit!6 Jul 2024 13:30
Realistically if she’s approving/proposing 7 energy related projects during her china visit. How many Chinese energy related projects are there? … I know China are heavily involved working Bangladesh. But surely Phulbari could be one of them.
If axis are happy enough to get involved with this and keep it in this region. Surely that suggests they might know something As I don't think they would want to keep having to manipulate this for 2 years.
Ahaha for sure! HE1 popping right now. Perhaps they will finally nail that drill this time.
Back to GCM ... honestly praying this too finds its success with approval next week. Especially feel for the LTI's of over 15 years! C'mon Xi Jinping pull those strings for us.
