If there's a partner of sorts in the wings i don't think the company will be allowed to fail. That's probably why the BOD keep smiling.

If the company runs out of money and goes into administration/liquidation, if they had the license presumably it gets revoked. Also, presumably before going under they may try to raise again against the SP, draw on the loan facility or have to spend any money they have set aside for the license. Any thoughts?

Think the focus will be on the future prospects of Tencent deals and mobile money! No mention of funding it. RNS out with clarity now re those large sells this week.

In amongst all the arguing there's been one or two posts of interest. One a moment ago about no sells since 9am. I guess that's because of the perceived bargain price but I think there's a long way to go until the 171m shares clear. The other about Atlas. The are clearly in the know. They have seen a huge drop in price, ordinarily might be wondering about getting their money back but are holding back for some reason. They are not sweating it. And let's not to get about their warrants that they're miles away from exercising. Could all still be part of the game where we get squeezed out, but there is some hope.

Is the license the game-changer we all seem to think? Helps with the revenue and credibility, but what kind of impact will this actually have on the revenue next year?

If they don't JV or get taken out by the end of the year I can't see how they would raise much more money. Maybe £300k using the remaining shares they can release from this years GM but then they're at their limit.

If they decide to take it private presumably the price thing works the same as on take over?

Do we now have 3 brokers? Why did we need SVS to get the placing away? I like the suggestion of 3p per share but from where we are? We're on our knees.

More than double bought than sold but we finish lower. More manipulation it seems.

So Mr K put $15m into Fastacash in 2015 and MyPay bought Fastacash in 2017. No idea how much they paid but presumably less. Was this because it had failed and needed more money? How does this relate to the MPM MyPay acquisition by Mysq? Has what's left of Mr K's investment followed across at a major discount? What did we actually buy? - it sounds like MyPay have been trying to get the license for some time. Maybe Mysq putting up the $2m is the key. Maybe bringing this all together now is how Mr K actually makes some money. With this history is he really going to walk away?

Hoping it's an investment or JV. I wonder if it's Tencent's style to secretly pick up shares over the course of a year before going public - especially for a company of our size. Why would they bother - they could just buy out the bonds and put more money into the business towards ongoing costs and acquire a stake that way in one go.

This then makes mewonder if someone else has been accumulating. I don't think we should rule out Mr K. He put $15m into Fastacash in 2015 so presumably has the respources. He's been involved here for quite some time and looking at the aim adminssion document he had some say in things until his stake fell below 20%. If this is his market he knows what's going to happen and I doubt he'd let it fall away that easily.

Whatever happens let's hope we all end up more than alright.

Thanks BBF. I still have faint hope that it will simply be an investment rather than take out, meaning we stay in longer and get the rewards. As I say - hope.
