We did. Then they were removed without prejudice on the basis they are not involved with QLED. They are however now involved entirely with QD-OLED but Nanoco did not seek to reinclude them in the litigation. Tt's not clear, that's all i'm saying.

Inclined to agree with you kat. I truly believe that what the companty will receive from this settlement, net of all deductions, will be in the tens of millions. What does intrigue me though is where Samsung Display and QD-OLED factors into all of this.

Who knows Nanonano. Possible, but I doubt it. My guess is a separaete agreement with SD independent of the settlement with S Electronics et al, once the latter has been resolved.

Nanonano, that discussion will need to be with Samsung Display who I remind everyone again are not a defending party in this court case.

Settling for nothing is a nonsense. If so, so much for the purported financial underpinning the settlement will provide. I personally think the settlement in question will be for the QLED QD film product. And an entirely separate deal/contract with Samsung Display re QD-OLED.
