Market doesn't care your wishful thinking, best now is to secure a long low-ball position for when the report will be out, it will spike, but this is now at the mercy of MM's, PUMPED AND DUMPED, even for the FTSE100 companies, what a time to be alive. Initially I had high hopes on the RNS release, I closed the position I had from 9p and pretty sure this will drop back under 10p before 13th March! GL

Briston, if you managed to profit on selling this low, congratulations! Keep an eye on the stock at the end of February there will be updates on the DBX which is already acclaimed and called the best luxury SUV and there should be some boost in April with the new Bond movie, I am still looking for a change to get back under 400p to meet my rules! Mrd! Let's not jinx this into another Tullow, the broker rating has affected the credibility of the SP yesterday, however in the past all the ratings under 200p (150p, 175p) did not come to fruition, there is strong support around 185p, from there it can spike 10%. GL

Latino, what sort of target do you have in mind for the sp on a good RNS? I'm holding from 9p and at the moment 40p is my target, but I'm really concerned about this being massively dumped once it reaches 20p. Any other opinions?

The JPLs have until 5 February 2020 to explore such possibilities and prepare a report as to the likelihood of a viable restructuring.

Reading through the RNS it states that the 5th Feb date is the deadline for the JPL's to identify the opportunities for restructuring. Technically it doesn't say that an RNS will be released. Anyway I added one more position around 11p. GL
