SP and shares in issue are just to make up the numbers for mcap. for example company x could have 10m mcap sp could be £1... shares in issue would therefore be 10m company y could also have a mcap of 10m sp could be £2... shares in issue would therefore be 5m So you buy £20 shares of company x... 20 shares then £20 shares of company y... 10 shares Even tho you have more share in company x, the value is identical to the shares you have in company y, see what im getting at buddy ";^)

Hey up mate great link, something like this can send minor companys flying, always try do your own research on here... You will find people ramp an deramp alot on here which I don't have a problem with as I blame the investor if a share goes wrong, the risk is always on you so its an absolute must to do some research before diving in. DOR is my tip to you ;) Just read through rns's and see if ya think the same, I only go on what I have personally found out... Don't trust peoples word!
