Kerogen is know to be the bondholder. Their strategy is to valorize the maximum of there investment. Through a dilution operation they might finally get more autonomy over the company and even dilisting could be part of their aim. Because they know the oil is there. The public funding was just there to make the big initial investments. Downgrade of the CPR and Downgrade through a dilution program would offer Kerogen a nice opportunity to make an awful lot of money. Might sound strange, but it's not unthinkable.

Kerogen is playing the game for dilution. You can read it between the lines in the RNS. PoO saved the aces for know, but the only thing that interest Kerogen the most is getting most of the shares as cheap as possible. And you know why? Because as CA mentioned, there is plenty of oil still there. So I won't count on Kerogen....they play second fiddle. As long as PoO is abouve 58 Hur will be able to repay the bond and Kerogen has no to little tools in hand to force dilution.

Given the fact 'copper' is one of the precious metals currently in the market. Things gave to get forward load and clear. COVID might jeopardise the signing to some extend; but not 3 months. And agreements with uncertainties won't help neither. In the end business is about making choices and getting things done, not about spreading fairytales of what could be a wonderful opportunity.

Slift, I don't think Dr Trice will step forward....he is burned in that position, as he has too much secrets from the past. But behind the scenes, nobody needs to know ;-)

At least I hope some good news starts kicking the SP to 95-105 pence before the next RNS; expected end of March...from there getting back to 185 - 235 pence as a more honest representation of the company's value. GLA

Buy has finally got through. Added another 200.000 shares to my portfolio. Let's hope Bod are making things clear soon now. They told in the last RNS that they expected the deal to be postponed till the end of February to rewrite the financing structure. Well, I guess it's about time, isn't it? For God sake....who is selling his shares @ £74? Must be either a competitor trying to depress the SP or a full idiot who is not able to see the results the company is generating. I get the feeling someone is playing the SP consistently down to get a bargain position...

Not every CEO has the luck to have a company with wonderful assets, money pouring in like crazy and having mutiple opportunities in hand to make even more profits. So use the momentum!! What is your first decision gonna be, besides standing at the stearing wheel for 6 months now? Tea-time is over ;-)

Last year, 12 vessels shipped. Normally close to the end of each month. So we can expect next offload within next 10 days. I thought last offload was in the week of 25th of January 2021.

Fevertreeman, I didn't tell they would find the 90% missing CPR. That was a fraudulent claim and should be prosecuted. I'm telling that the lack of communication by Bod is because something is on the table. And as I sad, I believe it is a takeover of Hurricane. Might be right, might be wrong. But I believe that at a cost of £ 32 per barrel Hurricane is a nice company to have. Drilling a new source takes 3 to 4 month's once started. Again, all if the CPR gives enough breath for the future.

The discussion is about a partly share-deal in my opinion. The current management who has little to no shares in ORM see a way to get shares through the transaction. While TA doesn't want the management to get shares through this deal. He wants to save his part of the bread. And because the management has no shares currently, and TA has enough money in his pockets...they don't really care about the current SP. It's stratego, but hopefully they don't make the seller run of the table.

Apparently many investors already expected news about the CPR, forward program, fund raising etc. last week or 2 weeks ago.....and so they sell because they can't wait. Well I tell you, there is news about to come. The reason the CPR is not yet being communicated, or other topics; means that a bigger move is in the making. I believe a Hurricane takeover is on the table and has already progressed considerably. I suspect that the CPR is positive and the acquirer is willing to make an agreement .... I expect that we get news within this and 2 weeks, maximum. Meanwhile, cash is pouring in ...

I agree Cekim, should get news very soon now. If not, It's going to be a dead end. I'm hestitating to invest more in ORM; unless progress get's revealed...I'm waiting (just like many other investors do).

We are in the LOI phase. Meaning the parties agree on the outlines to reach a deal. However the LOI has a n expiration date. Question is when? An LOI phase can be extended if both parties think a deal is more convenient. If not, it's game over. So I hope they get things sorted out soon.
