A restructuring is required anyway. Keep the best, and thank the rest. When the ship doesn't perform it's time to make it lean and mean again. Yesterday is the past, let's work the future!
In order to get things turn around the BOD must acknowledge the situation that more money is going out, than coming in....
The product can be good even great, but all burden costs in operations and excessive costs in administration and management must be cut. This until sales retake growth path.
2 Ceo's can remain if their wages are reduced considerably and only a bonus that deliver an equal pay if things turn out well is reasonable; if not one of them should resign due to poor results.
I still believe Loopup is a great product with potential, but they must find a way to enlarge the customer base soon with much extra investments.
I hope they don't sleep well and look relentlessly to get things back on track because no much more time left before they will be a penny share company... GLA
For those still holding shares, what is the chance the company might get listed again, making our investment tradeable again? I'm sure if the installation is cash generating there would be little to no reason to seek public funding.
Incredible value destruction. Something's afoot but as for many times now, we PI's will only get the news late. I'm 90% down with this share so can better hold and hope for a miracle. Not much more to loose anyway....hugely disappointed.
...hard figures lack the evidence of supporting the new busines....sorry...
The sells @ 23 utterly show the lack of trust and confidence by investors in the ability of the management to deliver their promises. Talking about future potential is nothing more than a waste of credibility as long as hard figures support the new business. The longer the silence continuous the less trust remains. So, what shall it be?
Is there any information to be found (operational progress/results, financial structuring etc.) It's clear they want to hold the project out of the spotlight, but still believe it's worth holding shares of Tristar.
Hi Stay Long, I only keep a modest 26000 shares of Tristar; but I'm interested to sell them @ 5. Let me know if you're interested.
Who has voted already? In the end we, as shareholders have our duty to either support the Bod or not. If they have any ambitions for the future; I'm eagerly interested to know where they want the ship to go. Actually more than rather asking us to allow agreements in shares in future transactions. I'm not really happy by the current lack of action of this management.
If they think they can outrule Mr. Andersen, I'm afraid they better look for another job....They should better get some decent future plan on the table. What do they do forwork now? Close to nothing I suspect.
Frustrating to see this share losing 0,7 to 1,5% per day, now for almost 3 weeks. Would be a clear sign if management would buy some shares to show their support. I know they already own quite some % of shares; but the signal to the market would be appreciated.
A risky strategy, but maybe the only strategy CA can play....if they are fast and deadly enough..
Invest to see your money diluted...somehow a strange theory. Although I like your critical view on this matter.
P&A is for decommissioning a well, right? I don't think the situation is already that critical. Public info states the current well is economically viable till mid 2022. But it is true Hurricane should be in a hurry to find a second drilling point to secure output.

Would be surprised if this would be a full offload. Are there expectations of severe weather conditions next week? Could be a reason. It's gone to be interesting to see the report of loaded volume of crude when the vessel returns. If not mistaken, that info appears as data on the shipping map, isn't it?
I topped up already some, averaged down. Indeed believe some interesting opportunity will certainly come along.
So no deal! It's regrettable but not really a surprise to me as I was expecting the seller to sell his assets for higher price since the price of copper exploded. There are certainly new opportunities to explore...we will see.
Let's hope some good news comes out over the next 2 weeks....
Not sure SP will stall. It might be interesting to buy-in before the news...
