I was in the same mindset as yourself that there would be a rise and shareholders could fun it out of trading profits. The way I am currently looking at it though is JPM are clearly in a risk off mentality. The sell down will keep pushing peoples losses and the FCA and even Amigo say there is also a fine to be paid on top. Until that fine is know they could intentionally let the payout to claimants pass so court goes through. A fund raise occurs. FCA raid amigo purses and say you are not viable now and restrict the company.

I think it will pass Investor so I hope your 30p prediction is right for everyone (should be as that was the price before but now there is no JPM etc buying it will be lower for sure) also the raising was not in before at 30p so I can't imagine it getting to 30p again. Best case must be 15 / 20p pre raise imho currently as I see it. Post fund raise will drag it down of course again. I guess what I am saying is where is the clear upside for investors outside of day traders hoping to make some profit? Why wouldn't you take the cash out until after the dilution and fine? These statements below are horrific for shareholders. The FCA is clearly gunning for a battle with Amigo. Shareholders are running the risk of a huge wipe out of all share holdings and with what upside? what's the benefit to hold?

The nasdaq futures is currently down, bitcoin is down today another 3.6% every crypto related stock over in the US is down. It is just a sell off across the market most of the market is looking off.

Given the share price and JPM selling and the fundraising current market cap about 4:1 dilution and more if JPM keep selling? ( minimum of £70m required this could be 100m or greater as highlighted in the call). So if you had £1000 in value at the time of the raising and the market cap is £25m (very close to current mcap) they will ask you to provide a huge multiple of the current value of your shares! All with the spectre of the FCA restricting Amigos abilities.

Basically because I sold I am somehow the bad guy. Sure thing then if that is what you need to sleep better at night. I swapped into Amigo bought 1.1 m shares there and sold out within days as I got spooked there as well and oh yeah its now down 10% today as well.

Unlike smiller I don't bash the share or the company there is great potential here.

GLA don't forget this isn't a boom 8am Monday then £1 by Friday.

@Trelawny awww that poor dog! I have seen that video before, I really wish I knew what happened to him and how he acted after he was fully awake and could finally see and walk around. Animals can do nothing for themselves they are at the whim of the owners to ensure they are looked after. This is exactly the kind of reason I take in strays and donate to the RSPCA.

I donate to the RSPCA and adopt stray animals, always had strays adopted my whole life and will until I die.
