freekick 100% agreed. I can't see the FCA rejecting it when they are fully aware that the option two of a wind down is out there and for them to also approve. They can't say come back again come back again come back again indefinitely and these are two viable realistic options. If the FCA rejected it and forced the wind down option I can't imagine they would be very kindly looked upon by the people that vote for the deal. That being said WTFDIK?

The Court will be asked to consider the New Business Scheme first, as the preferred option of both the Board and the ICC, before it considers the Wind-Down Scheme. If the Court does not sanction the New Business Scheme, the Court will be asked to sanction the Wind- Down Scheme as a fall-back solution. The Court convening hearing for the Scheme is listed for 16 February 2022.

Then follows a multi week process of collecting the votes from the poor cherubs that borrowed and didn't realise they had to pay it back.

Then the final sanction going ahead or sanction wind up the company at the end of April. £1 party or 0.0p cry together on teams.

If you want it to rise % to % with BTC buy BTC! this is a mining company. It has overheads for crying out loud. For it to rise hand in hand it would have to be an equity with no costs and pure BTC as assets. It will ALWAYS lose vs BTC direct price change on a % basis.

What ARB has that BTC doesn't however is the ability to use leverage and borrow. It allows ARB to get stack loads of equipment on finance to mine and pay back from mined coins. It is basically a miner like a gold miner without the same overheads.

Come on man this is fundamentals.
