Income-generating PROJECTS - Reading comprehension is certainly not your FORTE....

Intehdark, I haven’t had the same experience. I’ve emailed them three times and each time received a comprehensive response. It took arounda week for them to reply to my last email, but they did get back to me in the end — so I believe it should just be a matter of time.

I may be stating the obvious, but the only way I see this share price breaking out of its stagnation is if MET1 begins to show real revenue — or at the very least provides concrete evidence of imminent revenue. Another RNS announcing yet another acquisition, instead of deploying capital into actual drilling, is no longer enough to excite investors — in fact, it is starting to have the opposite effect, eroding confidence rather than building it.

With warrant money secured and MET1 holding a full spectrum of income-generating projects, it is now time to deliver on those promises, Mr. Owen — or at the very least, provide stronger evidence that you are firmly on track to do so.

Fulcrum Metals Plc up over 52%! Looks like a solid call from MET1 — not a bad investment after all. Hopefully MET1’s recent holdings will start to be reflected in its own share price.

Today's RNS is positive, indicating another potential source of income in the near future. But let's not overlook MET1's holdings in GOLD. I think that take leaves out some pretty key context. Back before consolidation, Metals One really only had the Scandinavian nickel projects – and with nickel prices at rock bottom, there wasn’t much upside on the table. Since then they’ve shifted strategy, branching into uranium in the US (Wyoming, Colorado and now New Mexico) and even adding lithium exposure in Chile. That’s a completely different mix to what was there when those old NAV per share numbers were being thrown around.Also worth pointing out that early-stage explorers aren’t valued just on balance sheet “net assets”. The market looks at potential resources, the quality of projects, and the team behind them. NovaCore’s Red Basin Uranium Project, for example, has serious potential and is backed by people who built and sold Uramin for billions. Add the CleanTech Lithium stake and you’ve suddenly got a broader, more forward-looking portfolio.Yes, dilution from warrants is part and parcel of AIM, but saying shareholders have been “shafted by 110 times” is a bit of a stretch. The reality is the company today is not the same as the one that was just a nickel play in Scandinavia. Whether management can now move from buying assets to proper exploration is the real test – but dismissing it all as a “scam” doesn’t do justice to how the business has actually evolved.

Very good point — I’ve been wondering the same. Their strategy and business model definitely seem to be evolving. The initial focus was on Scandinavia, but with nickel prices where they are and the wider political context, they’ve branched out into other metals in the US. At first the emphasis appeared to be on developed markets, but now they’ve added lithium in Chile.

In several of their RNSs, they’ve flagged that exploration or early-stage assessment work would begin towards the end of 2024 — so it’ll be interesting to see what actually happens. Seeing some real exploration activity, rather than just a run of acquisitions, would go a long way to boosting investor confidence and the share price, especially with the warrants expiry coming up at the end of September.

All I know is that another RNS announcing yet another acquisition or venture is no longer enough to spark the kind of share price reaction we saw previously. For now, it’s very much a case of wait and see. That said, I do believe there’s a solid company in the making here — if they can execute on the exploration side, the foundations they’ve built could pay off handsomely over the longer term.

I believe Southendsel has been banned, as I can no longer see his post. It’s astonishing the lengths some people will go to in order to spread misinformation.

I have an account with AJ Bell and was able to trade this share as recently as this morning without any issues — so I was genuinely shocked to read his claims. Frankly, good riddance.

Very positive RNS with near-term milestones:

- Complete NEPA-compliant permitting and baseline environmental work;

- Define drill targets and pad placements; AND

- Commence initial drilling by late 2025!

I'm genuinely taken aback by the level of insult and name-calling in this forum. The warrant holders simply struck a very good deal earlier this year. Let’s be honest — you, I, and most others here would have gladly taken that opportunity, had we been so forward-looking. They were simply savvy investors — not greedy, scheming, or whatever else people want to call them. We weren’t in their position, and now that window has passed.

That said, the company remains solid, and there’s still plenty of room for growth and upside for shareholders from here.

Haha, this couldn’t be further from the truth. I must say, I’m glad you got this one wrong—just as you’ve consistently been wrong about MET1.

I invested when the share price was in the 20s and, like many, was deeply concerned during the dip. Your posts, filled with accusations and name-calling, almost led me to believe the company was illegitimate. Thankfully, I did my own research and held on, and not only recovered my position but made a solid profit. Others may not have been as fortunate.

That’s why I started paying closer attention to this forum. What I find truly baffling is why people like you spend so much time here if you have no stake and no interest in seeing the company succeed. If you dislike the company so much, perhaps it’s time to move on.

Constructive criticism and challenging questions are always welcome—and essential. But constant, baseless negativity raises questions about your motives. It’s hard to see how this behaviour is anything but financially driven.

I’m genuinely wondering where the LSE moderator is. One of the forum’s core rules is: “While debating and discussion are fine, we won’t tolerate rudeness, swearing, insulting posts, personal attacks, or anything that invades someone’s privacy.”

LTI has repeatedly breached these rules—constantly posting aggressive, repetitive messages and stirring up negativity across the board.

Both LTI and Maj are quick to criticise the sponsored ads, yet they’re effectively doing the same thing—just pushing their own agenda in the opposite direction. At least the ads are transparent and clearly marked as such, so people know exactly what they’re seeing. Maj and LTI, on the other hand, claim to be selfless contributors, supposedly here out of pure goodwill. It’s hard to take that at face value when they’re on here day in, day out, flooding the board with biased negativity.

Unfortunately for them—and despite all their efforts—MET1 is a legitimate company with strong projects in the pipeline. And the share price? It’s about to rocket. Onwards and upwards!

Great to see Metals One making smart moves. Today’s RNS shows they’re trimming the fat and focusing where it really matters—high-impact projects with serious near-term potential.

Even better, this move cancels a future 2 million share dilution and any further payments linked to the older Black Schist acquisition. In other words, fewer distractions, tighter cap table, and more focus on what could actually drive value.

Also worth pointing out—MET1 continues to be one of the better AIM explorers when it comes to investor comms. They’re transparent, consistent, and have already made clear they don’t run those ads that brought some folks in. No spin—just updates.

Back in March, Metals One entered into a term sheet for the conditional acquisition of Mjolner Minerals (Norway) AS (“Mjolner”), in which Winton Willesee held a 25% interest. To date, the project has not materialised. Speculation about why he stepped down is ultimately unhelpful—whether it relates to Mjolner or is due to entirely personal reasons remains unknown.

As for Metals One's broader prospects, time will tell. Some investors are confident in the company’s long-term potential, others have chosen to watch from the sidelines. What’s far harder to grasp, however, is why certain individuals—particularly those with no apparent financial interest—spend their entire day (or afternoons, for some part-timers—you know who you are) relentlessly criticising a company they claim to have no stake in.

It’s entirely reasonable to express doubts or concerns—genuine contributors like Inthedark exemplify this—but there’s a clear distinction between healthy scepticism and aggressive rumour-spreading. Let’s not pretend it’s done out of idle curiosity and kindness

To clarify, my point is that the market has already factored in the dilution risk, pricing the stock based on its view of the company’s future potential—including the Finnish nickel asset, the Råna joint venture in Norway, and more recently, the uranium and gold projects in the US, which could carry significant upside if executed effectively.

Despite the recent pullback, trading volumes remain exceptionally strong and the share price has shown significant recovery—suggesting there's still substantial upside if the company delivers.

Yes, we’ll likely see similar RNS updates every Friday until the end of September, but surely everyone following MET1 should be aware of that by now. It’s not new information—just part of a process that was clearly set out months ago. AGAIN, the warrants have been public knowledge since the Equity Fundraise was announced back in January 2025!

I’m surprised this RNS has caught anyone off guard. This is how MET1’s warrant structure works, and it’s been publicly disclosed since the Equity Fundraise was announced on 31 January 2025. Metals One has no control over the timing or volume of warrant conversions. The reason these tend to be announced on Fridays is simply to consolidate any notices received during the week into a single release. So until the end of September 2025, we should continue to see similar RNSs being released every Friday. The impact should already be priced into the share price by now.

For those unfamiliar with the mechanics: the warrants were issued as part of that January 2025 Equity Fundraise. The Prepaid Warrants provided immediate funding to the company and are exercised without any further payment by holders. The Cash Warrants give the company 2p per share upon each conversion, and holders can exercise them at any time until they expire at the end of September 2025.

To be clear, these exercises are not part of ongoing capital raisings. The proceeds from the Prepaid Warrants were already received at the time of the fundraise. Only the Cash Warrants generate additional cash upon conversion.
