For II holders.

The new shares will initially be issued to us as UK Depositary Interests (DIs). The DIs will not be tradable as the

company will no longer be listed on the London Stock Exchange. To enable you to trade the new shares, we will

arrange to transfer your holding to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) listing instead. This will result in a short delay

crediting the shares to your account, but it will mean you can trade them once the process is complete.

The company are expected to release the DIs to us no later than 14 days after the effective date. We will credit the new

shares to accounts once they have been settled with our custodian on the NYSE listing.

I'm presuming it won't be tradeable from tomorrow the corp action from II didn't imply that. Let's wait and see.

The are returning £15bn to shareholders over 3 years and now there's some "concern" over £600m. What a joke.

Carnival Corporation & plc announced a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share.

For Carnival plc ordinary shares, this dividend equals 11.05869 pence per share using the Feb. 17 exchange rate. The dividend is payable on Feb. 27, 2026, to shareholders of record on Feb. 13, 2026.

@kassam83 Barclays have increased the dividend for FY26 from £1.2bn to £2.0bn so that's around 14.4p if you compute £2bn by 13.8bn shares. So a 67% increase over FY25 DPS. If they buyback and cancel say around 600m in FY26 and we assume 13.2bn shares in issue, that's about 15.1p DPS a 77% increase. We'll get a better idea of the percentage increase after the FY26 interim dividend payment.

They are already in progress with a £1bn buyback. If they are paying shareholders £5bn in FY26-FY28 that's a potential £3bn in buybacks per FY.

@kassam83 one needs to be patient with £15bn being distributed to shareholders over the next 3 years there's plenty of scope for a higher share price. We've already gone up fast.

The final dividend is forecast to be around 22.7p according to consensus.

Man Group shares jump as assets under management rise 22% to record

Man Group took in $10 billion of investment performance, a 177% jump from the previous quarter, accounting for half of the capital that was added to its assets under management since the second quarter of 2025.
