Look like both HE1 and HZM goes well.
HZM moving quick up this morning - maybe a news leak
Yesterday i could get a quote for 100K gbp with zero premium
Today got 50K at 1.35 and 100K at 1.44.
Thats good and shows a potential uptrend today
I can imagine a rns arrive today with first detailed pre indications and than end of the week the full results.
Let the RNS roll in
We can confirm that Helium for commercial use is available at 150B$ sales level
Lets go
47 min to go …
People selling in enet and move money back here
Profit takers out - other to come in and we to add more
AEG has no value. Thats the reason the person sold.
Another great day with HE1 how it looks like.
Add and hold for Gold here
Same plant but youtube video recorded a bit later with more news.
Only seven countries produce the gas commercially, meaning it's often in short supply globally. The company behind the find, thinks it may have stumbled onto a reserve worth more than 100 billion dollars. Sarah Morice has the story.

Thinking of 100B$ which will move to 400B$ as many saying Helium prices will increase to 400%
Looks like dumping start. Hope this is not another P&D
The extension of the takeoff agreement from 10 years to 20 years will provide glencore with 10 years more profit. The profit is margin they do outside HZM like any other takeoff company would do. This provide easy an additional loan facility.
The equity point would make zero sense as the majors would equal pay and the % of ownership will not change at all. They get nothing for return.
I suggest still that Glencore go for extended takeoff period and provide loan facility
No placing happening …
Horizonte is also pleased to announce that Araguaia Niquel Metais Ltda ("Araguaia Ltda"), a member of the Company's group has entered into a conditional ten year offtake agreement with Glencore (with the obligations of Araguaia Ltda being guaranteed by the Company), where Glencore has committed to acquire 100% of the production of ferronickel from Araguaia for that period ("Offtake Agreement"). The entry into the Offtake Agreement is a key requirement of the Lenders and significantly de-risks future cash flows from the Project. The Offtake Agreement is conditional upon, among other things, the completion of the Glencore Subscription and the entry by Glencore into a direct agreement with the Lenders in relation to typical intercreditor matters.
Glencore signed a B2B risk agreement with the senior lenders against the offtake. The offtake is at the moment only 10 years from a mine lifetime of initial 28 year mine life of the FS design. This can go into 30-40 years minelife.
This needs only an updated takeoff agreement for 15-20 years instead of 10 years and additional loan facilities will be easy provided.
He is no funding happening… the interim loan shows the direction.
I dont think any that any placing will come. Maximum Glencore increases slightly on top to a pre payment as a loan with good conditions as they are takeoff partners.
They did that model often, last time was confimed mid November

Galan Lithium (ASX: GLN) has signed an agreement with a subsidiary of global mining and trading company Glencore for the offtake of up to 100% of lithium chloride concentrate from Phase 1 production at the Hombre Muerto West project in Argentina.
Glencore has also offered to provide a secured financing pre-payment facility for up to $153 million to support funding of Phase 1.
Dilution will be zero in this case. Glencore make 10B usd net profit a year. 800-900M a month. For them adding 150-200M is nothing …
My best guess is pre payment via takeoff partner Glencore
They want all my shares for above the actual shareprice … something is on here
Looked and is not done yet. So Glencore is a realoption
The finance gap will be most likely closed via further debt or what is more likely an upfront payment from Glencore which need to be paid off in the first 24-36 month. Upfront payments are not untypical and have a similar costs as a loan on good conditions. Here an example from Glencore back from November 2023:

Galan Lithium (ASX: GLN) has signed an agreement with a subsidiary of global mining and trading company Glencore for the offtake of up to 100% of lithium chloride concentrate from Phase 1 production at the Hombre Muerto West project in Argentina.

Glencore as company makes 10B+ USD net profit a year. The needed cash are peanuts for them!
