I cant see any sale coming rather EUA move soon to Kazakstan like Polymetal, Ozon (Moex/US listed and got just approval) and where likely Evraz could end up too.
Why you sell assets when a move to another exchange is the best solution …
Latest at 30% its mandatory.
Shortterm Market Cap:
I think to consider is the past 2 years historic market cap. Before it went to £680M and got suspended the market cap was between £200M - £400M. The prospect hasnt changed and we should see quick £2-£3 as SP.

Longterm prospect:
As well this article back from April 2023, to investors from Alphyn Capital Management (successfully investment advisory company in New York) well described the capability and market value of WANdisco:

With the company’s strategy of “elephant hunting” going after fewer large accounts, it does not need to build out a large salesforce. All this meant that, once revenues ramped, the company would have minimal incremental costs and substantial cashflows. I had modeled that at $100m in revenue, the company would generate approx. $40m in net income, while $300m in revenue would render $170m, presenting a significant upside on a $250m market capitalization company.
Compare other SaaS type of companies a PE multiple of 50 is extremely conservative (Salesforce is at ~600 PE) would make the marketcap at 300M$ revenue approx 8.5B USD or x60 of todays Marketcap. At PE of 100 it would be 17B USD or x120 of todays Marketcap. So the upside is extremely significant mentioned in the Analyst article.
People taking profit on friday afternoon. Thats normal. We will head back above £1 soon
The MCAP before 680 was in a range of 200-400M. Fundamentals have not changed. We see min 200P incoming

This is a letter of an American analyst company which was written in April/May this year. It that time the company had a Market Cap of 250M USD. The analyst reflect the potential of the product/service which Wandisco has. From a longterm prospect it would do at 300M USD Revenue / 170M USD Profit. In this Industry a PE of 50 is conservative (Salesforce runs on PE 600) which will give a marketcap of 8.5B USD. It will be likely way higher!
Its stated that at a 250M USD Marketcap the company has a significant upside !!!
No surprise that it was 680M gbp mcap before suspension and it will go back to that level. Read the letter it explain it well. The longterm fundamentals has not changed … this company will be multi billion mcap in the future.
I mentioned it the other day, i work in this industry for 20 years and developed AI / Automation type of solutions. This company has this potential and don't let you tell others by anyone which has not the best interest for Wandisco or yourself as investor.
Lets proceed with the rerate the coming days. This is a chance to be part of a great journey as investor!
Have a great day

Victoria Scholar, head of investment at Interactive Investor, said: 'Frasers appears to be building a stake in Asos, potentially ultimately targeting a takeover.
Last information which is helpful to know. WAND is an AI / Automation play. Thats the reason the MCAP was growing to £680M in Q1-23. Fundamentals has not changed at all and they working on an aligned approach with Microsoft!

Pls have a look into the historic market cap. £680M before suspension. The lowest in the last years was £200M.
The fundamentals of the company has not changed but even better the market potential has grown which they now attack with fresh cash in the bank.
The market for WAND has grown the last years. Its now a perfect time for them to grow strongly in revenue. They have fresh cash in the bank. CEO is known in the industry and has great reputation. That is an excellent share and top undervalued SP. Shortterm move into 200-400M mcap range and assume we could touch 1B in 2024
I work in IT and can see a massive potential, that this company becomes in the future (not that far away) a multi billion mcap leader based on the potential of profit generation in this industry. PE valuation can be easy 30-50 in the future once profit generation took over.
A Market Cap recovery to 200-400M GBP at this stage should be seen as fair valuation based on the future potential.
Prediction for tomorrow?
