Am I calculating this correctly, Tils get 1:1 share which is 166m, BOU shares are consolidated and get say 3.5% (assuming 1:2000) of Tils which would be about 6m. so total number of shares will be 172m.
So if you have 10m shares in BOU after consolidation it will be 5k
Assuming mcap is 150m that would mean 0.87p, so my 5k would be worth £4k.

If it is Tils, I am hoping BOU shareholder get 20%, BOU 41m and Tils 166m. If is 1 per 1000 then its about 7%.

So what do people think the consolidation will be, I have a feeling it will at least 100/1.
Was this the number of share in issue 12,408,442,268, if so then about £124m after consolidation.

Apple, all we want is to be kept informed, they give us snippets of info then go quiet for month's.
They need to prove to us that they are worthy of running the company and deserve our backing so far they haven't done so imo.
We will wait and see.

Question, why would tils let bou have StemPrintER as a merger, its worth billions, about 35% better then the current market lead.
I am in both, so it would be a win win situation, but cannot see this happening.

Based on their past performance I would say the bod are incompetent. The LED market is huge at the moment and yet they couldn't make a dime and ran PSL to the ground.

What hope is there for us share holders. The term share holders is lost to the bod of most Aim companies.

Generally speaking, If bod could be sued or FCA had balls then we would get better value.
Was at ACP many moons ago, where bending the truth about the gold project was more important then actual work on the grounds, JL was the director.

Considering what happened before, I would not be surprised at no deal unless the bod line their pockets first, even though the premise is to increase value for the share holders.

Why cant the BOD communicate with the share holders and say what stage they are at without mentioning any names or details, then at least we know that they are not twiddling their thumbs.

Welcome back RKB, guess they saw sense :-) So when is Antos taking over?

Problem we have is that AIM is dirty. BOD can RNS bs and spook everyone for their gain. You also have the shorting crew trying to drive the price down with negative sentiment and to top it all off you have forward selling which is illegal but FCA will do F all about it. Gla.
