RE: 61.88p per 1000bopd9 Nov 2018 06:29
Just for clarity
Using Mr VONKs Number we will take his lower end of value estimate to keep things in check. So £25M per 100 bopd therefore 1000 bopd would result in £250M Mkt Cap. Shares in issue 404M
£250M / 404M = 61.88p simple calculation
Let’s do the calculation using PE
As before
Take Oil price at $70 - $25 operating costs = $45
$45 x 1000 = $45,000 per day x Angus 65% controlling interest = $29250 per day
So in 1 month Angus will have $29250 x 30 = $877,500
In 12 months $877,500 x 12 = $10,530,000
Let’s take the middle PE ratio of 20 normally 15-25 for oil companies
Market Cap $10,530,000 x 20 = $210,600,000
Converted into £ at a market rate of $ = £0.76
$210,600,000 x 0.76 = £ 160,056,000
So market value per 1000 bopd using PE would be £160,056,000 / 404M shares Issue = £0.396p
There we go then depending on the metrics used we are looking at a minimum of between 39 - 61p per 1000 bopd depending on how ANGS is valued.
All figures used are at the mid to low end of the scales.
