Terrier yeah like I said I cant believe its not closing in on 200p before news.

Phat hence why I put up how much Seres has moved in value just yesterday approx $180M thats about 3/4 of the toal Mkt Cap of DDDD currently... we are seriously undervalued if Blautix comes good.

All buys and on the way back up now Zengha have to admit I was stunned it had a retrace given what news is due.

Its very very odd for anyone to be selling now unless last minute fear so locking in profits. I have a very good feeling about Blautix results ;-)

SERES (MCRB ticker) up another 7% since news no pullback for them and going higher.

Lets put this into context one of the few other leading Microbiome therapeutic companies over in the States who have one positive Phase III result had over £180,000,000 to their value yesterday on the open market, nearly the total value of DDDD currently..!!!

This is going way way higher over the short, medium and long term.

Thanks for that update Demon and goes perfectly in line with my prediction of 400p on good news with regards our IBS product Blautix and see it climbing towards 600p as we get closer to Covid results.

Lets use a very simple look at the financial model and again all just a guesstimate for now.

IBS market currently worth $2B Annually
Lets say Blautix takes 20% market share and we have a JV with a big Pharma

Income generated $400M and assume we see just 20% of that income so $80M
-$80M per year from Blautix on a PE of 40 = 80M x 40 = £3.2B (Gross Profit)
lets say we see $2.5B (Net Profit) convert (USD - GBP) = £2B (Approx)
Company Shares in issue lets say we raise at 500p and go for 9 million more shares (9x500p = £45M added to company funds) so 140M shares in issue.
So £2B/140M shares = £14.28
JUST FOR BLAUTIX NOTHING ELSE..!!!

Just for a comparison and speculation here is a possible outcome.

On the day of successful Phase III results for Seres the Sp went from 4.64 to 22.70 a factor of 4.89. Now lets say we get 3/5ths of that rise in a single day due too our results only being Phase II and not being on the Nasdaq market but more confidence from investors in the Microbiome sector then that would be a factor of 2.93.

Lets say we have a current Sp of 150p :
150p x 2.93 = 439.50 giving us a mkt cap of (131M shares in issue x 439.50p) £575M Mkt Cap
I don't see this as unreasonable and look forward to it moving towards £1B as we approach Covid 19 results right at the peak of Wave 2.

What a great RNS covering all bases couldn’t be happier with my investment and the management in place.

Checked the last two mornings and no RNS so didn't bother to watch the market too closely. Seems the heat has come out the price since the highs of 180p however nothing has changed fundamentally. The only thing changing is are we getting closer to news with each minute that passes. Good few that bought into VAL on the highs feeling wounded im sure and maybe going into portfolio protection mode. I was not overly impressed with their news and felt i pull back would ensue which it has. I declared the other day sold my free carry for a tidy 66p with an avg of 11p it was good to me. Anyway back to DDDD if news tomorrow then the last 2 days will be forgotten about very very quickly. Still maintain my target of 400p+ on the day or within a few days of good news on our IBS trial and climbing to 600p+ as we get further into Q4 awaiting our Covid Phase II trial results.

Here we go traders moving out of VAL and into here. Sold my free carry in them at 66p this morning feel the news has been priced in already. As for 4D well our news will have a far bigger impact on the SP not long to go now folks 400p+ on blockbuster news.

Ok bob we will see, not like we have a potential world class Covid treatment in clinical trials either . Long Sigh

Afa I have an email saying before end of Q3 posted on the day I received it post Duncan’s interview. So Mon - Weds forget Thurs/Fri it will be £4 plus by then on good news

Shan the balance would be if you actually did some research and shared your thoughts on that research. Not quote last years final results for a company moving forward in a ground breaking therapy and clinical trial results due announcing within the next few days. Long sigh

If we get a blockbuster RNS tomorrow then wave good by to £1 anything this will open at £2 or even £3 and hit a day high of over £4 where it will The. settle and climb towards £6+ before Q4 Covid results.
I’ve done the research everyone and shared for the last month both fundamentally and financially. The question is how many of you have???

Next week is the week we will see the beginning of the next chapter for DDDD upon good results from the IBS trial. ;-)

Oh well 3 more trading days to go and looking like a Monday RNS is the most likely outcome.. :-)

All set for news I’m saying on the day of news over 400p+. I’ve posted my workings many times already to back up this claim. As we move through Wave 2 and get closer to our Covid 19 results we could easily be 600p+ in fact looking at market sentiment I wouldn’t be surprised to see closer to 800p.
