Richy an RNS saying discussions moving in the right direction would do way more than just balance the uncertainty think more like north of 30p just for starters. To this point there has been no communication with regards a conclusion if we get that then wave goodbye to Sub 30p for good.

Like I have said if the company release an RNS saying something along the lines of discussions opened to resolve amicably then boom this will double the SP almost instantly. People may be about to miss the chance to buy sub 30p never mind sub 20p..!!!

Well the facts we know up until now is that the state of Rajasthan has no solid grounds to go on within the boundaries of Indian legal system and I would like to think that they have now realised so are looking to come to an agreement of some sort. As for the date of the 8th Dec as far as I can see is purely a filing date. We will have to wait for the company to tell us how long this has been delayed I hope it’s only 30 days and they signal this is moving in a positive direction that alone will double the SP..!!!

On the ball Richy and the phrase “Learned counsel for the parties pray for time” has been used. As for the next hearing I’m not sure that is the 8th only that the document is to list on the 8th ?

ST I reckon a handful of us at best are watching the court case news.

Yeah no time frame given just an insight into the long term workings I have for COBR. Happily take between 7.5-10p in 2021 for starters ;-)
If we even prepare to get at an IOCG target in 2021 I will be very very happy.

MC based on 20% of in ground resource and future gold price of $3000 lets do the maths for what 1Moz could mean for the SP of COBR

1 million OZ at $3000 I calculate costs at $800

That leaves $2200 per oz even if we only retained 50% of the company the rest was offset for drilling and JV partner
That leaves us $1100 per oz or approx £800 per oz
800 x 1Moz = £800M lets take that and say for arguments sake we eventually have 500M shares in issue

1m oz - £800m (MC at 20% £160M) into 500M shares = £0.32p
2m oz - £1600m (MC at 20% £320M)into 500M shares = £0.64p

Throw in an IOCG find and the mind boggles...!!!!

Exactly what I’m alluding to in my last post if the deposits link up then Boom there is our 1Moz for starters. Don’t forget we also have pie in the sky x4 IOCG targets

ST we have crossed paths on many a share this year and always value your research and input. It’s all about getting in early as you know and this is very early here for what PAT have in the pipeline. That way as we both know even if we get a bit of bad news along the way it’s no worry due to investing at such a low entry point. Not sure if your in COBR also but defo worth a look expecting good things over there also this month and into January :-) If Bhukia comes off then every single one of us stands to make a lot of money that’s for sure and at the current Sp with other Projects about to deliver this is almost as derisked as you will get for a junior miner with a Potential Tier 1 gold asset.

In all honesty I think they know it’s going to be delayed or pushed back. If it needs to be a Final hearing and they have no choice but to provide a decision then the only way to avoid that is push the hearing back. What needs to happen is a date set that they can no longer delay the hearing for even that will have a positive impact on the SP. With results from Bassala due anyday now we have a firm SP foundation to move up and into the 30p+ range.

RR I’m with you can and can see a Sp in the region of 5p+ come early January if results like today’s continue or improve. If Clarke joins up with another of our deposits then we will be well on our way to proving up a 1MOZ + resource and the current Sp will seem a relative bargain.

Hoping to get a mid day dip after the morning buying. Gut instinct says I need go with momentum Now or I may not see these Prices again.

Looking good hear folks PAT has been on my watchlist for sometime now currently holding 200,000 shares. If Bhukia comes of we are all going to be very very rich :-) If not then Bassala has the potential to make us some very nice returns along with the rest of our portfolio of exploration assets.

To have not just 1 but 4 IOCG targets in itself is mouth water ting. If just 1 shows positive sampling it will put a rocket under the Sp. Roll on results this week for baggy green :-)

Long Covid will be a thing it seems for our generation at least. With that in mind treatments like the one SNG have must surely be in huge demand. This is a giant in the making looks like I will be buying back in here soon just waiting for that clear bottom honestly never thought I would even get in again sub 150 never mind at close to 80 which was the opening price on the day of Phase II results...!!!

This is the one I’m looking forward to results from and where I see real value being added to POW in the upcoming Gold/Silver bull run.

Just a game of patience Cobra is way off the radar with most investors right now. Look at BZT for an example of where investor trend is and FOMO. This has allowed us all to take a position here at a great price. Good news from Baggy Green and this will have a 100% day on positive results. ;-)
