The company says it has generated £1.1 million earnings. Let’s assume gross profit is £100,000. What would be net profit? Obviously the company is not a going concern without more placings. It does not make enough money to pay salaries. Who pays for expansion.

Someone has warrants and a lot of them issued at 4.0p and is selling down to covert at that price. Why is this company valued where it is. It’s not worth 1/10th the price. More shares to be issued.

Too many decimal places I missed one. Not heard it is coming, just that there will have to be one, and the price could be different based on a consolidation or not. Before then of course Sanderson will be asking for permission to issue more shares. The company is kept as a going concern by issuing shares so why should this be a surprise? I see at least 10 more placings at ever and ever lower prices or more and more dilution including a consolidation or two.

History of placings and dilutions and if you look, consolidations. Not going by rumour. Its a given.

Certainly there will be another placing. No doubt. The company could be a decade away from any earnings so there could be another 10 placings, wiping out anyone invested here.

I estimate the next placing price which will have to be at a heavy discount will be 0.02 the one after that 0.01 then one after that 0.05 then another no doubt at 0.001 or something many decimal points. Of course if there is a consolidation this changes the price, Obviously but the dilution is the same. Look at the history and you will see its always been the same. A leopard does not change its spots. Expect more of the same and ask why does Sanderson put in so little?
