as a complete guess and this is sheer speculation and my opinion. The company needs cash and will issue shares at 0.10 and many there will be many more dilutions after this.

Looks like it is going back up now. Market makers have picked up some cheap shares, now they will raise the price to off load them at a profit.

It never ends. More cash calls and it is now more than obvious this will not be the last. This company can never seem to make any cash.
