The management is probably already arranged dilution and some one will sell into this rise then get offered shares at a discount in a week or two. We will see forward sold shares today. Shares not yet issues. Or borrowed shares which then get paid back when they buy into the new shares.

They have money for the well. All good but they will need more money and that comes from selling shares..
