Should never have been valued as it was. Nothing I read suggests that they have anything flowing and could yet plug and abandon.

Just how low that is the question. It dropped below my 2 pence guestimate. I think I will now adjust this price to 1.50p and or below on financing.

Still a lot of money for a company that as of yet still cannot show how my barrels of oil is flowing. Seems it just has oil shows. This is quite common and could point to a non-commercial discovery. This could fall another 50% or more. The market cap is quite high has it really has not discovered anything or does it produce oil.

In a weeks time they could plug and abandon and say the oil found was not commercial. Makes me wonder why it did not actually flow. Could be a duster yet.

Jumping upwards now

When this price was 2.65 I thought it was too high and suggested it would fall back to 2.0 but did not think it would fall this low and this far so quickly.

Then again it could fall by half again and half again after that. Perhaps low as 0.50 if after all the oil they find is non commercial. Just because they found oil does not mean much. It can find oil and it is not commercial. They will only have money for another drill and if that is a duster its all over and the company will be worthless.

That Lanstead reduced it explains the drop in share price. MM now has taken those shares and will lift the price and sell them for a higher price..

No I have not been advised nor have I heard that this was going to happen by anyone in the City.
Why I do know is investing houses do not want to buy into companies with 10s of billions of shares then get more billions. Even companies themselves do not like to have huge share numbers and often consolidate themselves. They then give many reasons why they do this and why it is even best to do this.

Consolidations them selves often work out bad. You still have the same stake post consolidation but value always get lost. There will be a 100/1 consolidation soon. In my personal opinion as we speak this consolidation is already being worked on.

I said yesterday this was going sub 2 pence. That was when the shares were 2.75. People did not want to hear it. But here we are we are almost there. Wait until consolidation. 100/1 you would think your shares would be £2.15. More like £180 or less, which equates to 1.8p in only money..

It is a given. It has not been announced but will be shortly. Investors will not want to buy in with all the shares in issue. When the number becomes high such as this it is a certainty the shares will be consolidated.

I did think the Market Cap was too high yesterday. There is going to be another few Billion shares coming soon. Hard to avoid. These companies always give out good news, then raise money off it.

This news of finding oil can change. Yes they found oil but it is not commercial. This could be sub 1 pence soon enough. And even then it has a huge market cap.

Sub 2.0 coming on consolidation news is my estimate. Is it possible they could not get away pre-issued shares or to be issues shares that is if that is what they do?

New investor could balk at 2.0p and want it in the 1.75p region.
