Cant quite work out why some were buying when the price was over 0.45 and some of those very same are selling at O.30. They seem to have it all backwards.! They must be the 80% of traders who actually lose money in the market. If they only did the opposite they could become one of the 20% who actually make money.

Going up now.

Down 25% over 5 days. Who thought that would happen.

Hope everyone is buying the dip for the next rise up.

Was risky to sell all of my holding, after holding all these years.

Shares are going up and down and therefor go with it. First bought years back at 1.0p and they earned me 1,400% rise. Then like NewUncle I was recommending these beauties when they fell to 0.0075. If I had not sold when I did I would have lost on the greatest rise and fall on the market. I like Newuncle were recommending these and unlike him bought a fair few. Would have been daft not to have sold some. I think I will buy up more but less this time as I see another placing coming. The money that was said to come in back in March is no longer that figure. What it has will not see it to profitability. Another placing is a damn certainty. When I do not know. Neither the price of this placing. I see one is being worked. It needs more cash to develop new supercaps with its partner. Much of its last placing monies is diminished. Another is being lined up as we speak. You can see it in the share price drop. I will be a purchaser. I love these shares . Why would I not if they bagged me over £50,000? Best shares on the market. And I have always said so. Nothing has changed. Its wise to lighten on a spike and re-purchase on a drop. Maybe you have another successful system? Would that be holding and not buying and selling on spikes and dips?

Profit is still in the distance. They will not have enough cash to take it to that point. Its not if a placing will take place but when?

Who says forward selling does not take place? The shares were suspended for that that reason when they announced the last placing.

Looks like forward selling is taking place atm. Lots of buys so shares are coming from somewhere. To me this looks like forward selling of shares not yet issued. Or the selling of borrowed shares. Same thing.

Placing is coming.

Cash is being used up fast and as profit is not coming until 2025 they will need more cash and this another placing. Ans as we know how placings work, we could be witnessing forward selling. Not if but when, that is the question. I love these shares but I have to be brutally honest and admit, a placing is being worked in order to reach profitability and do more research. And pay for a stronger board and more staff. Best to do it now while the share price is up.

Going upwards from here. Big Mick likes the company. If he made Xstrata the beast it was, why not follow his lead. Get in cheaper than his 18 pence.

There is no point to address. If there were they would have said so. I wrote to the company and had a reply. They do not have to make comments on every lie. What the company will say is things are running accordingly.

Placing or Administration.

He maybe a white Knight for parts of the company. This so called Knight may save a part that is attractive to him and keep on some workers. But be clear. This means a core assets is being stripped from the company. Shareholders will get nothing. He is no White Knight to the shareholder. The shares have no value and the company will not come back from suspension. Parts of the company will survive. The shareholder gets nothing and will have nothing. The shares are worthless. Sorry guys.

This will not come out of suspension and because of which the shares have zero value. Sorry guys. The ownership is being passed from the shareholders to the debt holders then to venture funds. There is no longer a reason for a listing. The company will survive in various forms. As shareholders you will not see a penny. I hope past shareholders have a broad portfolio and can take the hit. EME has good news coming this week and you could very likely make your money back quite quickly there.

Looks like shareholders could end up with nothing. The company will survive but the ownership passing from shareholders to those it is in debt with. It’s interesting how those same people wanted the boss out. On the financial front the company is burning through what little cash it has. Just as well the shares were suspended. Cant see it coming out of suspension. If it does come out of suspension its going to drop 80% plus. Will they even get a placing away? Going to be a huge discount at best. Could be little or nothing left for the shareholders. Its very possible shareholders will lose the lot. Sorry to say. Hope people do not lose everything. Shame really.

Hope you have a wide portfolio and you can take the obvious hit that is coming. Things are not looking as rosy now I posted the other day. Going to be hard to get the suspension lifted even after the accounts are settled. Better work out some funding arrangement before it comes back from suspension. Good luck. Hope you do not lose too much. I think at least a 4.0 pence placing. But that will still not be enough to save the company will it?
