They paused the roll out as Customers are thin on the ground and even now after sources equipment and pricing in bulk quantities, they cannot sell their storage batteries at a profit.

How they got the fundraise away beggars beliefs and only now they have come to the realisation that monetisation of this business is not just far off in the future, it may very well be unviable. The company has little prospects as things stand and do NOT have a product they can sell and make a profit. There is no point in the company staying afloat except as a charity. AVOID. Looks like the shares are cheap but they can only go lower and lower.
