Never been involved in a possible switch over like this, so any info will help. Our current holdings will stay the same in prem, right? So how will the newco free shares be allocated to us? Sorry if its a silly question.

Thats really confused me...lol So in "amateur" terms, is it good to hold till newco or not.

I feel like crying, lol. I held bmn from 3.5p sold at 8p and now 40p+... screams!

Hi T, hope you well mate, have you read the prem rns re newco etc.. what do you make of it? Bit confused what happens with our current holding, some saying we get "free shares" in newco. Any help/knowledge shared is appreciation, like always you been a good "go to" guy.lol
