Quite a silly example really of the said directors wanting a lower price ( especially for how long the share scheme has run for ).

Also noted - any stock sold by BOD would be notified to the market.

Your email is very correct, with all the changes, ongoing investigations by the interim Government in Bangladesh, the situation is ever developing, and sensitivity and timing will be key.

Patience continues to be key, however given it is now apparent as to why there has been such delays in regards to projects such as Phulbari, and others in country, the evolving landscape will now have to change quickly in order to for want of a better word "reset" the economy in country, with a focus on the Energy and Power sector key to the stabilising and development of the economy.

We will of course update as and when it is appropriate to do so, bearing in mind the sensitive and developing situation.

The team continues to work hard both in country and at a corporate level, and we thank you for your support.
