I would think it would make much more sense and attractive for a JV or multiple JV’s to use this instead.

Yes can see the scenario entirely BUT you cannot have a business unable to move forward due to ownership of shares.

If held by lawyers I am of the understanding that they could vote as in the 11m shares in a commercial capacity. Which for example, if a sale of assets announcement of 10p they would have to vote yes.

Now either way of opinion, EUA unable to announce/move forward with any business decision because of this situation cannot be the case IMO.

The shares owned by Q&M have only to be held separately with no issue to any goings on with EUA business so not sure at all what difference it makes.

The amount of news we have had over the last few months and the price is static, this company deserves a move north of currently where it is.

Company employees have deferred monies to stock

Without drilling there is no news.

They have multiple options which the company can realise , the board have kept these open and not being frivolous with funds have helped enormously.

The company can not be targeted because of the current SP.

They are clearly working hard on multiple avenues yet you will still make quite childish remarks on performance.

I would be very surprised if the AGM & webinar announcement is not out in the next week or so based on the TFA in place. Dates within can be worked backwards to allude dates in which this has to be announced.
