Well I was born in 1980 , but the unions not as strong now ? As in surely the unions have more power just represented differently I.e it’s impossible to sack any employee etc.
Biggest issue is the so called people running our country have a get out clause as blame the EU laws.
The manufacturing in this country has counter EU laws prohibiting, they have taken away directives on building in the EU to sell in EU I.e Honda moving back to Japan. It was initially set up as a trade directive which initially worked well until over the last 10 years or so other countries have joined where labour is cheaper coupled with our employment laws becoming so expensive and let’s be honest there are a huge amount of lazy Britain’s currently residing !.
Hopefully this will make us far more self sufficient with actually gaining taxes from big corporations with the pandemic also helping our reliance on China becoming less thus more jobs better prosperity for the country as a whole.........well it’s an idea anyway :/ apart from that cut the utter wastage I see day in day out within local authorities, NHS and so on in local Goverment , stop throwing money at persons where clearly there are no issues other than being lazy , stop the excuses constantly of why there are in the position they are in and actually help the actual needy in this country before throwing billions in legal aid away :) ah that’s better ha

It should be quick your right , about time we are in control of our industries and hopefully with the brains we keep exporting for other nations to benefit from it should stay here for Britain to reap the rewards

As long as we have no deal I’ll be happy , not pondering to the underachieving, overpaid European buffoons anymore . Whatever it does to the market it will recover very quickly so non event in my opinion
