Regardless of that the market hates uncertainly and the shale issue is uncertainty ... HEX stated re-entry of Clink 1 in the first two weeks of October. Today they said 'shortly' so let's say they re-enter on Friday.

They also said from re-entry the full fix will take 7 - 10 days so that could be the following Friday with RNS of fix on Monday (2 weeks today).

They also said "Once mobilisation and rig-up is completed it is expected to take approximately 7 - 10 days to case over the problematic Mowry shale and run a wiper trip to total depth."

The fix itself will not take the full time with the wiper trip a day or so so the RNS for successful fix may even be sooner.

"The thing is - the market likes it but it isnt ready to invest because it doesn't need to yet. There are several weeks before the next de risking RNS - well cased RNS."

Swissy ... drilling at Rudyard is a different team to the one at Clink 1 now.

Precision Drilling with rig 704 will be working on the re-entry and Treasure State Drilling will be using Cardwell KB-150 D1D drilling rig to drill at Rudyard from late October.

Timetable does seem to have slipped a bit more and the 10 day timetable on the presentation showed wireline included but that seems to be additional.

May still get well fix and wireline results in October but if they decide to drill a little deeper that will push it in to November. I won't mind too much if the well fix is good though.

Drilling to start at Rudyard in a few weeks so it will be a busy RNS time running up to Christmas.

Should be Dax but I feel quite a few are awaiting for news of well fix. Shouldn't be long as the fix should take 3 - 4 days after re-entry.

I have decided to do a HEX style Sober for October where I don't drink in October until there is well fix news - will either be celebrating or drowning sorrows and then drink when wireline results come in.

Of course I can't have that drink if the well can't be fixed so come on Precision Drilling gives us all a great October and second drink 🤞

I would LOVE that too be true but no not enough time IMHO

Just looked how HEX released news on Clink 1 and arrival of the drill wasn't RNSed but the commencement of Drilling was so if going to plan we can expect a re-entry RNS next week and then a hopeful well fix RNS 3 - 4 trading days after (taking the 10 day re-entry to wireline ran and removing 6 - 7 days for wireline out of that work).

HeroforHemo showing he has no idea about HEX with his comments ... I found the one about taking it "many months before they drill again" really funny when it will actually be in a few weeks time at Rudyard.

I still don't get how some people think that for one to do well the other has to fail. It's not like they are two shops on the same high street selling the same products. One is in USA and the other is in Tanzania. One has 123m shares and the other has 5910m shares. One took only a third of the money available at IPO so not to dilute investors and the other has had so many placings and one was even in the middle of waiting for an well test.

Tiburn ... wasn't the rig chosen for the size of the drill rather than the depth as Bo put it they needed something with a little more "oomph". Also you are not going to turn a drill down as it can drill way deeper than you need ... may have been availability of it that worked in their favour on short notice ?

Also noticed re-entry planned for early October when it originally said first two weeks of October so have Precision been able to reduce that timeline a little with quicker re-entry when on site ?

So it is still 'potential' for well deepening.

7veronic ... did Bo say for definite as on the presentation it did say "Deepen well ?" on the bottom of the second of three images to explain the remaining work on Clink 1 ? I remember Bo saying they only need to drill another 100 feet to get a full read from that structure.

Now I have to watch the presentation again ;)

Seems something happening behind the scenes as a majority of the drop during the day is made up in the last 30 minutes of the day
