Another often missed by the masses, is accumulation of the SAME TRADE, carried over multiple days. You will often see HYPHENS on trades on 3rd party

sites like this one, the hyphens on the real Exchange would be flagged AMND or CANC, amendment or cancellation. On 3rd party sites, you will still see

2 or 3 Trades on the real exchange only 1 or 0, the amendment or once actioned its gone cancellation.

The first one above mentioned, once followed a trade build over 4 days and over 13 changes, each time a cancellation of the original volume, replaced

during each day first one with the previous days last trade, will original same time stamp for all that day, replaced by the new timestamp for day2 and on

each following day, every time the volume increased until it all ended. Cancellations and amendments of the same player increasing day after day.

Use to be common if you knew what you were looking for with the time stamps, not noticed one on any of my shares in about 18 months now, no idea

if it was removed as an option, or just not been on the one I was monitoring, me and Methuselah who started investing together long ago, also do not

pay the attention to detail so much anymore lol

Pre market, its open for some from 0700 and if in a position to do so, some members can trade pre pi limited hours or complete a partial

trade from the previous day.

At close trades 1630-1635 pre market close auction

1635-1640 1st PME

1640-1645 2nd PME

The pme if called for , like the pre close auction often accompanied by a UT closer

1700-1800 use to be flagged on the exchange as ECHO XOFF , neither conducted on the exchange or printed XOFF off exchange,

associated with spreads etc.

All else falling after close usually the time is a completion time stamp if in a position to do so, eg when one of the miners in Russia EUA went ballistic

it had around 50-60 after close trades every session for over 2 weeks, time stamps running all the way until 20:30 (half 8) these also completion

times, if they are in a position to do so, on that occasion the prices of TRADES running well into the evening, all at prices you could only get both

buy/sell until around lunchtime

Ideally we get another RNA update before Friday but if not, they all know its coming soon, so WNWTBOOTOTW / FOMOF

should keep Altona perky all the way until close........GLA

Always going to be on the exchange, the 3rd party sites like this one feed off it, taking the printed trades (seen by exchange as both a buy and sell)

rehash it and ADD a best GUESS , trying to be helpful with stats/ratio's BUT failing miserably on most shares daily, making the stats as much use

as a Chocolate tea pot, as all built on GUESS WORK.........gla

Upon receipt by the Company of the regulatory approvals in South Africa for the acquisition of the Beisa Mine from New York Stock Exchange-listed Sibanye-Stillwater Limited ("Sibanye-Stillwater"), the Strategic Investor has, within the 10 days following receipt of those approvals, the right to invest a further £6.5 million of convertible loan funding. This funding will be priced at a 10% discount to the 10-day volume-weighted average price following the receipt of these regulatory approvals and will also carry a coupon of 5%.

Under the terms of the Investment Agreement, the Strategic Investor will also be entitled to nominate one Non-Executive Director to the Company's Board and one Board observer, subject to Board approval and maintaining a minimum shareholding threshold of 5%.

Receipt of these approvals and completion of the Beisa Mine acquisition is currently anticipated by the Company to take place in Q1 2026.
