Proposed Change of Name

At the Company's 2024 AGM, a resolution will be put to shareholders to approve the Company's proposed change of name to Sunda Energy plc. In connection with the proposed name change, the Company's TIDM is expected to change to 'SNDA'. The ISIN (GB00B01QGH57) and SEDOL (B01QGH5) of the Company's ordinary shares will remain unchanged. Shareholder documents of title will be unaffected by the proposed change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid. Any new share certificates issued after the proposed name change becomes effective will bear the proposed new name, Sunda Energy plc.

Only Andy and the board know , the who's after getting in on the action and at what cost, he has firmly set out his intent, to grow Sunda Energy into a leading Asian Gas company, that takes money and foundations.

Which deal or deal/s, will give him what he needs moving forwards, what percentage Chuditch production revenues, maybe a nice royalty over production, with a cash influx now, selling down a higher portion to a new major operator.

WTIA, only he has all the facts and background future asset expansion plans to hand.

See it as a nice problem to have, a straight deal with say Inpex or ENI, or could go large Bank/Financial house, non equity debt based finance to retain a higher portion of Chuditch, or even a multiple deal, with say, lets stick with Inpex moving in as operator and Japanese offtake companies like state JERA, grabbing a slice of future production.

Can not see Timor stalling, they had a 25% free ride , recently farmed up to 40% and paying their way, seems like they are pressing for things to move on asap. If as Andy says, many and varied options on the table, only right he takes his time assessing the benefits of each proposal.
